Destination: Art is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and community hub for art serving South Bay LA. We opened our doors in Downtown Torrance in 2014, with the unique combination of artists’ studios and a gallery. We hold 40 classes and workshops per year with renowned local and national instructors. Our community outreach programs offer art experiences to the public: FRIENDS of Destination: Art in partnership with the Autism Society of LA; Art 4 Everyone for those who think they are not creative; Tuesday Paint Ins, a mentored open paint session; and Veterans Creative Muster, a series of workshops complete free to veterans. We rent studio space to twelve resident artists and hold a variety of gallery exhibitions by South Bay artists and art groups throughout the year.
