Lynn Mikami is back with another installment of her Mixed Media series, this time with guest instructor Herlinda Giandalia. If you are feeling stuck, unmotivated, bored or just want to play, explore and learn a little, this class may be for you. Beginners as well as experienced artists are welcome! Destination Art has been presenting an ongoing series of Mini-Mixed Media Classes over the last couple of years. Like the others, this class will be hands on, with demos, group and individual critique. The emphasis will be on process rather than product.

This installment will address Adding Fabric and Stitching to your Mixed Media Work. Please bring the following materials if you have them : Fabrics (scraps are great) needles, threads, scissors – Substrates, paper, cardboard, cardstock, canvas, wood, old paintings. You do not need to go out and buy anything we will have enough to share. Also, please see the attached materials list for Lynn's suggested mixed media kit.
